P.F. Candle Co. x noissue
Home is where the heart is. And if your heart beats for vegan, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free fragrances, then it’s in the right place. Meet P.F. Candle Co., an independent home fragrance company based in Los Angeles, California, founded by Kristen Pumphrey and Thomas Neuberger.
P.F. Candle Co. believes that a good fragrance makes a space look and feel more complete, so they create fragrances inspired by moods, memories, nature, and even the seasons that will make you feel right at home.
Their selection of products, which initially only offered candles in the iconic amber jars, has now expanded to include incense, reed diffusers, room and linen sprays, and many more.
The name P.F. Candle Co. was derived from Kristen’s DIY blog back in 2008, “Pommes Frites”, which is a play on her last name, “Pumphrey”, and directly translates to “french fries” (fun, right?). And over the years, together with her partner Thomas Neuberger, the brand grew from collaborating with well-known brands such as Urban Outfitters, CB2, and Madewell to becoming a household name in Los Angeles and San Francisco themselves.
P.F. Candle Co., being an independently owned and operated brand, continues to find ways to showcase their commitment to sustainability and their community, from their use of 100% domestically produced soy wax and other ingredients that are vegan, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free to keeping all their products handmade and locally-made by their Los Angeles team. And to wrap it all up nicely and sustainably, they partnered with noissue for their branded and high-quality packaging suite.
P.F. Candle Co. uses our custom tissue paper, designed in a gorgeous shade of red with a map to their Echo Park flagship store, to wrap their products nicely and securely before packing them in our custom paper shopping bags, branded with a simple “P.F. Candle Co.” text logo, all ready to go.
Our custom tissue paper is made with FSC-certified recycled paper and is fully compostable, while our custom paper shopping bags, though they are also made with FSC-certified materials, are perfectly reusable.
