How your bed feels can directly affect your sleep. Whether it's size, comfort level, or fabric, it's all customizable to your liking or, sometimes, even needs. As a mother, Lisa Knowler wants the best for her kid, and looking for the perfect bedding that is made with organic, chemical-free cotton has proven to be a challenge—so she founded House of March.

Named New Zealand's first Fairtrade-certified bedding brand, House of March brings a balance of sustainability and luxury into their products—from using timeless and seasonal color palettes to partnering with the world’s leading cotton artisans for premium, high-quality bedding in both material and feel.

For packaging, it is a must for House of March that the presentation in which their products are delivered to their customers’ homes reflect not only the brand’s quiet sophistication but also their commitment to sustainability, so partnering with noissue is a no-brainer. Tell us a bit about your brand!

House of March is a luxury New Zealand bed linen brand, started by Lisa Knowler, which specialises in organic bed linens which have a Fairtrade supply chain.

This means that our bed linens are not only environmentally friendly, but also no humans are harmed in the making of our bed linens.

Tell us about your packaging, how you’re using it, and the importance of it for your brand.

Our packaging is luxurious and is designed to give our customers that high end shopping experience that we all desire!

We ship our organic bed linens wrapped in our custom tissue paper, with a little hand written note, sealed with our stickers, and in our custom House of March box.

What made noissue a good fit for your packaging?

noissue fits our brand perfectly as it is Kiwi owned (like us) and is eco-friendly, so it aligns with our environmentally conscious brand.

We also love that the noissue team are experts in their field and they are super helpful and responsive and we never wait long for our beautiful packaging.

Where are you finding inspiration for House of March and in life at the moment?

Currently we are inspired by Spring! A lot of our colour ways and imagery are featuring the colours found in our gardens, like sage, plum and white. We are loving all things Spring currently!
