With a team of industry experts behind the scenes, this Melbourne-based liqueur brand has—since their founding in 2016—become renowned in and out of Australia. And at the heart of the brand, their attention to detail and commitment to sustainability remain strong, through a closed-loop process for their production.
They collaborate with local Australian farmers for seasonal and non-seasonal fruits to use in all of their creations, which they produce in-house at their very own distillery. Created by four of Melbourne’s sharpest hospitality minds, the team at Marionette makes classic liqueurs with an Australian twist. Collaboration with farmers is at the core of Marionette. They have access to Australia’s best fruit, within days or sometimes hours of it being picked, and importantly before it is sprayed or processed.
The farmers in turn are able to work in line with the seasons and their circumstances. Unexpected storm? Blemished oranges? Marionette buys the fruit. Heatwave? Peach surplus? The farmer gives Marionette a call, and they buy the fruit. Everyone wins. Including you.
A two-time recipient of Australia’s Best Liqueur Award, Marionette Liqueurs are stocked in upwards of 1500 venues and are well-known for their true fruit flavor.
